Hi, I’m Lucy
Executive coach, consultant, and writer I work at the intersection of women’s sports, leadership, and purposeful storytelling. My path hasn’t been linear, and I like it that way.
I’ve worked on presidential campaigns, helped launch women’s sports teams and leagues, interviewed public company CEOs, earned degrees from Stanford and Harvard, and ridden my bike across Iowa more than once.
Along the way, I’ve learned that success looks different for everyone—and I’m committed to helping leaders and organizations move forward with clarity and purpose.
Whether I’m writing a case study for an MBA classroom, helping a founder build their dream team, or coaching a former athlete through a career pivot, my goal is the same: to shine a light forward and help others move with intention.
